Minutes of last meeting read and accepted. Kevin Felmingham, seconded Sara Reid.
BUSINESS ARISING:
- Pie warmer has been purchased, easy to use and clean. Thanks again to Sheridan Hicks.
- Gate - approval was given and gate has been erected to allow access from car parking area to rings.
- Chocolate Drive - boxes have been distributed.
TREASURERS REPORT:
Opening Balance $9882.59, Income $374.00, Expenses $1987.00, Closing Balance $8269.59.
- Report accepted John Whitte, seconded Sara Reid.
CORRESPONDENCE IN: Lions Club - thank you letter and $150 donation re swap meet.
CORRESPONDENCE OUT: Wangaratta Council invited to show with councillor to open the champ show. Showgrounds Committee of Management letter requesting time to give presentation.

OBEDIENCE REPORT:
Classes progressing well, beginners continuing to join up, and we have 6 - 7 new ones for the July intake.

GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Ron and Tracie McIntosh have tendered their resignations due to moving to Tasmania. Ron's position of treasurer - Claire Weeks nominated by Ron McIntosh, seconded Sara Reid, Claire accepted nomination and duly elected until the next AGM. Tracie's position of Vice President to be filled by Janet Palmer, moved Tracie McIntosh and seconded John Witte. Claire's Vice President position to be filled by Chris McCormack, moved Lesley Osmotherly, seconded Janet Palmer.
2. Small glitch/hiccup on Saturday at the show, with a complaint made via phone. Lesley and Cathy in consultation with Heather Healy (VCA rep) dealt with the issue.
3. Pie drive to start ASAP, Appin Street Bakery to be supplier.
4. Canteen for the show weekend has made approximately $1500 profit, with 160 breakfasts sold over two days.
5. Prior to next show, lessons will be held for ticket writing for all interested.
6. Ropes and line marking was successful in containing tents by the ringside, other option for ring marking to be discussed.
7. Gravel - Russell Jones (Ready Mix), free with no cartage fees, only cost is to spread.
8. Presentation to council shown to all members for input and comments.
9. Possibility of having other user groups for our facilities.
10. Contact to be made with Ovens Valley Club re possible show dates, etc.
11. Project Co-ordinator for future plans Russell Taylor, and a sub-committee to be formed.
12. Sponsorship ideas pavers/bricks $25.00 each.
