Members of the Wangaratta Kennel & Obedience Dog Club Inc agree to be bound by the full Rules Constitution and Regulations. Our Code of Conduct including all other as per Dogs Victoria such as Cruelty to Animals Act1986, The Code of Practice for the private keeping of Dogs
